Support before, during, and after birth
Our work together begins before labor. Prenatal visits give us time to talk through your preferences, discuss comfort measures, and explore how you want to be supported. During labor, I provide continuous support at your birth location and help your partner feel involved.
Two informative prenatal visits, in person or virtually

Phone, text, and email support beginning at contract signing
On-call support beginning at 38 weeks
Continuous labor support, with the option of joining you at home before traveling to your birth location
Immediate postpartum support as your family settles in
An in-home or virtual follow-up visit within the first two weeks after birth

There is more than one way to experience birth. My role is to help you feel informed, listened to, and supported in your preferences. Doula care complements your medical team; it does not replace clinical care.

Is support available after birth?
Birth support includes immediate postpartum support and a follow-up visit. I also offer separate postpartum doula support for families who would like practical help at home.
